Golden Hill Cottage is a detached house (+/- 65 m2) located at bungalow park de Goudsberg in Lunteren. The park is surrounded by beautiful nature. Diagonally behind the house is a petting zoo with, among other things,. chickens, donkeys and goats, that you hear every now and then. During your stay you have access to the entire house and the spacious garden.
The cottage has 3 Bedrooms. Two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has a double bed (160 breed), and the other over a pile- and single bed. Both rooms have a wardrobe. The third bedroom is in the attic. This room features 2 single beds and desk. It is good to know that the sound insulation between the attic and the other bedrooms is not very thick, so it's a bit noisy if someone stays in the attic. breed. All bedrooms have dark roller blinds (attic blackout). And most windows in the house have mosquito nets.
There is a large garden around the house (550 m2), where you can sit privately. This gives you a great sense of freedom. There is always a sun- or find a shady spot. In addition, there is a large covered veranda in the garden with bicycle charging points and there are various play options for children (trampoline, swings, skelter, step, sledding and a covered playhouse).
The interior of the house is tasteful and modern. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped: induction cooker, Combi oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator and a complete kitchen inventory (we love to cook/bake) met o.a. a stick blender, hand mixer, toaster, sandwich maker and filter coffee machine.
The living room has patio doors to the terrace and is furnished with a sofa, a table for spacious 6 persons, a bio-ethanol fireplace, a TV, vintage Xbox speler (with games), DVD player (with many DVDs), breed.
The bathroom has a very spacious shower with rain- and hand shower and folding seat. The bathroom also has a spacious washbasin and washing machine (dryer is available in the storage room). Using the washing machine, dryer and detergent is included.
There is room for 2 cars on our own property. There are also a number of communal parking spaces at the park. Lunteren train station is 2 km away, about 30 minutes walk.
Pay attention: The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
